My ecological footprint is 2,7 hectaresor 2700 square meters.
I have saved 16 500 square meters.
Becouse I will use public transport (bus) instead of using a car.
I think we should change the way you move from one place to another instead of using our own means of transport, use the transport provided by the government but that saves and prevents the environment. This would save the environment from pollution.

My ecological footprint is 3.4 hectares ou 34.000 square meters. I have saved 4.400m² square meters.
- Reduce the length of you shower by just 3 minutes. I have saved 660m².

Answer: I alveady do this.

I use one years about 4.7 hectares of land, worth a 47,000 km ². With the research I did, I knew it when I answered questions about the site and help the survival of earth saving 1,300 m². An example and stop eating food industry and more and also make less use of the bus and walk more, or left to pollute the air we breathe. Use your conscience and help the earth.

Because I will Paste a "not Publicity" sticker on your mailbox I think it is very important because I am preserving the nature and I am not helping people deforesting forests to make paper.

Because I will instead of commuting to work my car, choose public transport (train or bus). Exchange your car for public transport will improve the condition of our planet, because we have both the cars that cause pollution, as well as that global warming is increasingly distant from our reality.

What's up guys, here is Thor and that's my result: My ecological footprint is 3.2 hectares or, if u prefer, 32.000 square meters, it's a hell of space. However, it is quite good because meanwhile an american need 9.2, i just need 3.2, fair enough.



How can i reduce my ecological footprint ?
For example, everytime i swap conventional light with low-energy light bulbs, I have saved 110 square meters =) At total, i saved 5.100 square meters.


And for sure, i will start using public transport more often, it is really important cos' it saves some carbon, that is actually, the main bastard ofglobal warming.

I have saved 3.000 square meters or our planet because I will paste a "No Publicity" sticker on my mailbox.

I think this is important because it helps prevent the wasting of paper. People won't put any flyers and other paper in my mailbox, so I don't have to trash them. Maybe if everyone put a "No Publicity" sticker in their mailbox, we would not produce so many trash.

During the day, the places more frequentados by the tourists are the beaches, museums, restaurants, the Christ Redentor, one of the seven wonders of the world, the Bread of Sugar, that has a beautiful sight of beaches of the Leblon, Ipanema, among others. During the night, it has many places to go, as bars, ballads, dances and funks...

I was in Palmas, spent the day there. It is a time, until the place of Florianopolis. In Palmas spent the day with my boyfriend, we all afternoon on the beach. There is a very beautiful beach, the strip of sand is huge, giving you play ball, voleyball and more. The sea is beatiful, with those waves. A lot of people playing, havin fun. A place that, as Palmas, you begin to value the small things, such as children playing on the edge of the sea, being happy to be there. The sea is very good from there, the salt water seems to take the weight of each day, the tasks... For all these reasons I recommend if one day como in Brazil, Palmas you will, but do not forget to visit me in Florianópolis.

To visit Pantanal (Mato Grosso do Sul) are the best months in June and October.The different place by not having large cities, flooded by water, and an ecological paradise of animals and plants. Because tropical temperatures, the ideal place is to go to farms and elegant inns that preserve their customs. The recommended is to make ecological walks, to enjoy the flora and fauna better utilizing its natural resources in a way that does not cause damage to the environment.

URUGUAY 2007 (south-america)

In the summer of 2007 i an my fahter have been in the Punta de Leste, in Uruguay. During the first week we stayed in Montevideo, capital of country. All the trip was by car.
During scound and last weed we stayed in Punta de Leste, the city is as on a skore, many people and beatiful beach. The hotel was expensive but is very good, in front of beach.
Uruguay is a nice trip, if you can, go!!
PS: In Uruguay i learned some words in spanish, but i cant speak the leanguage.

In The summer of 2008. We went to Compos dos Jordão (SP) with my femily , went the by bus, the trip took 14 hours . The first 1 st week we stayed at a hotel. I knew varies places marvelous , The Goodness they cross the chief boroughs as of Arenas from the Jordan Capivari Jaguaribe AND Abernéssia. Are to be used as a carriage as of tourists AND chiefly , from the population from the citty. The course he begins at the Season as of Capivari , perched in the centre touristic as of Arenas from the Jordan , and ends on at the Season They are Cristovão , commencement from the Mountain range from the Mantiqueira. The aerial cableway that's a of the principais allurement as of Arenas from the Jordan. The season as of embarkation he situates - in case that at the entrance from the Park , at the entry level from the I die from the Elephant. In 2007 I went to Minas Gerais, Brazil, With my school. We visited 5 diferent cities. I went to museum parks, gold-mine. Went the by bus, the trip took 22 hours. The city's a beautiful. I have been a to costume party whechthe theme wes 18th century.

Summer Vacation

In the summer of May of 2009, it stows in Garopaba, with mine better Taionara friend and its family, I learned there to walk of sand board, we fall very at the beginning, but later we start to walk super well, there it has many beaches and the nature is wonderful. We play much soccer, and we walk of caiaque in the lagoon of Ibiraquera.Foi everything very perfect. In we amuse them very, and we made many legal things . We know some places, and practically desert beaches pretty.in the photos in annex, I and my friend descend seated in dunes, and after creating courage, I arriving back in lower depoisde to go down in foot, in the other photo, one of known beaches more of there, the beach of the Bar of Ibiraquera and beatch of the light.

São Paulo - Luiza

At 3 year ago. I went to São Paulo. São Paulo is a city of Brazil. I staied at my cousin house for two weeks. São Paulo don`t have beach ans many nature seascape. But have many interesting bulding construction. I went at many shoppings, some museum, theater, and 25 of march is a stret with many stores.
In São Paulo i learned a little what I sow in the museum, about cuture. I enjoyed, is a nice place to go.

Florianópolis

I was born in Rio de Janeiro ( Brazil ), after three years i was living in Belém in Pará, lived there for five years and then i live in Florianópolis is an island of Santa Catarina ( Brazil ) where i live today. When i arrived here i noticed the many beaches, the little trsh in the streets, transit less turbulent and diversification of the vegetation that covers large hills whith little houses. The temperature in winter sared me a little ( being too cold ), i noticed in the summer the large queves in the paths beaches.
I learned here in Florianópolis, the respect that must be taken in traffic and preserve the environment including the beaches that are the sights of the island.
Florianópolis is a great city, recommended for people who like cold and beach.

São Paulo

São Paulo

In the summer of 2008, I went to São Paulo-capital, here in Brazil. There I noticed that in urban areas doesn't exist much nature, what one meets most there are buildings, malls, churches and trade in general. What I saw of vegetation had been only the squares, all very well cared for and pretty.
In São Paulo I could walk of a bubway, a way efficient and very different transport from what exists in Florianópolis (Santa Catarina). The cost of living is very high, a bottle of water that costs R$ 1,50 here, costs R$ 5,00 in São Paulo.
This trip was really cool because I met a much more urban city that the city where I live. If you seek a busy city, I recommend São Paulo, otherwise not.

Minas Gerais

In the winter of i have been to Minas Gerais.It's a beatiful satte with its historics citys.I went with shool,with project ''Pés na estrada do conhecimento''.
I loved this place.We have stayed there one week,studing and hang out.
This trip did very cool and realy important.I hope can back one day.

Travelogue - Guarda do Embaú

This place that I was not a trip well, therefore it is not so for from of where I live, but does not leave of being a pretty place and visited a lot for that it comes to our state. This place is Guarda of the Embaú, a beach very know by all, mainly by the surfistas, is one of the best beachs in Brazil for surfing practice.
Situated beach approximately the 50 km to the south of pertaining Florianópolis and to the city of Palhoça. Guard of the Embaú is an ecological, still unbroken paradise and of rare beauty, privilege of the few inhabitantes of this place and of the thousands tourists visit who it.
For being a pretty, full beach of nature and until giving job on account to the natives of a river where if it only can cross of boat, and for much more, that seeing you only can know you are that I recommend that when to come to here, this beach is part of the tourist script of you!
